Birmingham City Ladies F.C. Meeting

On Wednesday the 1st July at 7:00pm Birmingham City Ladies F.C. will be holding a meeting at The Pavilions Moor Lane Birmingham B6 7AA for all players, supporters and anybody who interested in Birmingham City Ladies F.C. The meeting will be to outline plans for the season and the clubs future. All those with an interset in the club are welcome to attend

Birmingham City Ladies Centre of Excellence

Birmingham City Ladies Centre of Excellence are looking for well qulified coaching staff for next season. They will need to deliver practical football sessions in line with the Centre of Excellence technical programme and be responsible to the Centre of Excellence Director.
The following experience is Essential .

• Experienced Level 2 Coach
• A recognised First Aid Qualification
• The FA CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check
• Experience in coaching girls’ football
• An understanding of current centre of excellence structures
• Have knowledge and understanding of child development and be sensitive to children’s needs
• Willingness to work weekends and training events when required
• Own transport essential

Birmingham City Ladies Senior Trials

June 3rd, 2009

Birmingham City Ladies Football Club will be holding trials for their Senior teams on Tuesday the 16th June 2009 at 7:00pm. The trials will be held at The Pavilions Moor Lane Birmingham B6 7AA. Players wishing to have a trial are invited to attend where they will be assessed by the coaching staff. If you wish to attend please arrive at 7:00pm and make yourself known to the coaching staff.

With Birmingham’s First Team finishing in their highest ever position in the Premier league, some exceptional talent coming through the Reserve and Centre of Excellence squads and the Super Leage on the horizon for Women’s football, it is an exciting time to become involved in the highest ranked Women’s football club in the Midlands area.

From 1 June 2009 the positions of Club Secretary and Treasurer are available on the Management Committee of BCLFC. If you are at all interested and would like more information on what is involved, or would like to join the Management Committee in any other role, please contact us.

Birmingham City Ladies Centre of Excellence will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 23rd May 2009

The Centres Mission is to  have an unrivalled passion to develop, nurture and support talented young female players, with the aim to progress our girls into First/Reserve team football and England selection.

With a complete technical, tactical and fitness programme for all players ranging from 8-16 and a proud history of producing quality young players. Could your daughter be the new Karen Carney?

Presentation Evening Friday 15th May 2009

Birmingham City Ladies Football Club Presentation Evening will again be held at the Tally H0 Club on Pershore Road Birmingham  on Friday 15th May 2009. Directions can be found on the following link:-

Doors will open at 7:00pm and the presentation of  Trophies will start at 8:00pm. The cost of entry will be £4-00 for adults and £2-00 for children under 16. All registered players will be admitted free of charge. Dress is smart casual.
We do hope that all players, parents and helpers will be able to join us on this evening.
