Ability
One of the most important things to help you learn and develop as a footballer is to play with others who have a similar level of experience and ability. This not only means that you will get a sensible amount of time on the pitch but that you will have the ball at your feet a sensible amount of time and be learning about supporting play when you do not have the ball.
Centres of Excellence cannot usually take on all the players who show an interest in them and, indeed, it may or may not be the right thing for you to play for a Centre of Excellence at this stage in your football career. At the Open Day there will be lists of contact details available for Charter Standard football clubs along with someone to talk to about footballing opportunities for girls of all abilities and ambitions.
The most important thing BCLFC want from the Open Day is to ensure that everyone who turns up has the opportunity to play football afterwards in a safe and fun environment.
