Can you give a helping hand occasionally?

Wednesday, October 1st, 2008

BCLFC are seeking volunteers to help out on home match days.  They are fun (and recently very exciting!) events to be part of and if you could give some time to help on the Gate or in the Kitchen, that would be wonderful.  We are also looking for a PA Announcer and a Match Day Manager - would you like to try these roles?  The matches are at Redditch United FC and there are around two per month for the next few months (see fixtures).  Anyone volunteering would receive free entry to matches and the opportunity to work with a great team.  Please contact us if you would like more information or a discussion on the possibilities and we very much look forward to hearing from you!

Monday, September 22nd, 2008

The only statistic that counts will show an imperious Arsenal scored six yet again in a familiarly one-sided victory but those who watched saw the champions matched stride for stride before the hapless referee - who had already aggrieved the visitors by failing to spot a blatant piece of obstruction in the build-up to the hosts’ second goal - decided to play nine minutes of injury time.  (read more)
